Similarly, research labs in the fields of biotechnology, biomedical sciences and medicine may have varying specifications depending on the type of work, whether medical or pharmaceutical, as these labs require modular cleanrooms to cater to the various unique processes of research that may require decontamination rooms, gas detection devices and alarms in cases of hazardous events.
