- Responsible for integration of health and safety policies in business planning and decision making.

- Accountable for effective implementation of these policies.

- Trained appropriately in accordance to their risk profile.

- New recruits are supervised until competent to fulfil their responsibilities independently.

- Health and safety responsibilities are part of an employee’s performance objective.

- Contractors are vetted for their competency, are required to submit their method statements before awarding the contract, and their performance is monitored continuously.

- Risk assessments are carried out regularly, with the help of experts, at key trigger points.

- Steps are taken to proactively identify work hazards, their associated severity, and methods to prevent or reduce these risks

- Health and safety implications are identified and controlled while introducing new plant, process equipment at any stage of the project life cycle.

- Formal emergency plans are developed, documented, and communicated.

- Emergency preparedness drill is conducted regularly.

- It is mandatory to record, report, and investigate fatal, serious incidents, injuries, medical treatments, near misses, and occupational health disease.

- HR department conducts monthly assessment of safety performance.

- Compliance audits are routinely conducted by health and safety specialists.

This policy applies to all business operations and functions, at office and at project sites of ACES. The health and safety of our employees, contractors, customers are our priority. We are committed to work together to achieve this goal. The management is committed to protect the life and health of their employees and We endeavour to surpass the requirements set out by the laws or/by the standard practices of the industry.
